Every time I want to lower my expectations of Chick-fil-a, I end up going and realizing it is simply one of the best fast food experiences you can sink your teeth into. Similarly, I went through a phase where I refused to eat at any Chick-fil-a because of their targeted message of hate speech. Alas, I am but a pawn in the fast food game and the combination of quick bites, great taste, and unparalleled customer service won out over my silent protest. This location near Oak Park Mall is no different than other CfA establishments. You can expect hot and tasty meals at a lightning quick pace. It's good for adults and children alike, their chicken nuggets are a fan favorite of our little one. They claim to have invented the chicken sandwich and I believe it. It's also incredible, especially the spicy version with a slice of cheese on top. What makes CfA truly outstanding is their customer service. Always greeting guests with a smile, employees here are top notch. They have a different level of helpfulness compared to other fast food establishments. Ending each sentence with "my pleasure," they are hardworking, fast moving, and always accommodating. You cannot ask for better service. A big shout out for this location. Good food + quick and friendly service does spell success.

Love their grilled chicken sandwich and waffle fries! The bbq honey sause is yuh-mee! This location is incredibly busy. Like WHOA. Don't let that keep you from stopping by. They moved customers through at lighting speed and didn't seem at all frazzled by the craziness on the other side of the counter. I'm always impressed by how friendly every single employee has been. Working fast food isn't glorious or high paying, but their attitude towards their work has been nothing short of pleasant and very much appreciated. This place is CLEAN. It was raining today and an employee was walking customers to their car with an umbrella. What?! I applaud the management and employees of this location. *clapping* You guys rock!

Food? Great. Play area? Great. Not watching your kids in the great play area while you're too busy eating the great food? Not great. Too many parents letting the "supervised play area" be the babysitter for their kids. Disappointing for this mom who actually watches their child while they are playing. It would be super great if the staff would attempt to enforce the posted sign that says kids need supervised.

Being from Hawaii, haven't had a chance to enjoy the Chik Fil A experience in a while and this restaurant did not disappoint. Very courteous staff, tasty food, great service and a playground?? Yep, we'll definitely be coming back!

So the parking lot is pretty dangerous because their customer base does not know how to drive.too bad they can't modify the Bible and add driving instructions in there. The man behind the counter reads my name tag and addresses me by my first name.I read his name tag "bob" and address him by his first name and we have a very casual conversation about work and sports. now I changed Bob's name to something fictional to protect the lives of the sinners. For we are all born into sin, thus making us all sinners. Please dont judge me because that is considered a sin also. Bob had that look like "as soon as I get out of here I'm going to go start mixing the Kool Aid." I wasn't scared or weirded out, I just didn't understand why were having a full on conversation in the middle of the ordering process. I see a line building behind me so I cut off our conversation as not to impair others from such wonderful food. I sat and ate my wonderful chicken sandwich while listening to the conversations going on around me. They range from church choir to the commandments. let's say I felt a little out of place being that I don't sing, watch football or think thou shall not kill should be #7 on the list. As I was leaving I stole a stack of napkins from the bin. I wondered if all sins are equal in the eyes of God.

If I'm eating fast food it's here. I love there chicken and so does my son. I love the customer service, they are always polite and makes sure your order is correct. I have never had a bad meal here. Location is good but the parking lot is not the best. Entrance is not the best, but since there are other businesses there not much they can do about it.

Chick-fil-A is a chain restaurant so chances are if you're familiar with the food then you'll enjoy this restaurant. What stood out to me about this location was how clean the restaurant was and how polite the staff was. The restaurant was sparkling, the sauce and condiment rack was straight and neat and counter spotless. I was about three or four steps into the restaurant and I was greeted by two employees, not in a pushy way, but a friendly way. This Chick-fil-A happens to be right next to Oak Park Mall. It's a perfect location if you're out shopping and you need a quick snack.

So, one summer I had to take a bunch of classes to stay on track for graduation. Two of those classes were at JCCC, which had its own Chick-fil-A on campus, which is affiliated with this one. Chick-fil-A is proof that fast food doesn't have to be disgusting. Their restaurants are always clean, and they strive to cook their food in healthy oil. I also really enjoy the fact that they close on Sundays. Even if you don't believe in a 7th day of rest as mandated by God, you can at least accept the common sense of work-life balance and understand it doesn't just apply to individuals, but to businesses too. Cheers for a brave stance in the face of loss of revenue. It's not just about the bottom line.

Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries are fantastic! Potatoes fried with the skin in 100% canola oil that may be the best fast food fries I've ever eaten. Refuel after a day of shopping at nearby Oak Park Mall. Very friendly drive-thru staff and the fries arrived very quickly. I said thank you to the cashier and she replied "my pleasure". This location's parking lot has enough concrete islands to make think you accidentally drove into a driver's education obstacle course. Chick-fil-A's comprehensive website: chick-fil-a.com Their website has a Meal Calculator that lets you plan using allergen, gluten info and diabetic exchange. A fast food company that goes to these lengths - very impressive. (Smashburger and Cracker Barrel have ZERO nutritional info available to the consumer.)

Last night I stopped on my way home from a meeting and tried a spicy chicken sandwich. One employee went out of his way to get my order filled and even recommended their specialty sauce which tasted great. I will eat there again. Access was a little tricky but the food was tasty.

My friend said I'm un-American cause I don't think Chick-fil-a is good. I told him I'm a Commie-bastard. What can I say, I just didn't think it lived up to the hype. I kinda think Wendy's has a better chicken sandwich. Maybe I got the wrong one. I will say I swapped out the fries for a salad and I was very pleased with the size and freshness of the salad. I'd go back for a salad, but never for another sandwich.
